For money order payments, we expect payment to reach us within 7 days for residents in the USA and 14 days for residents outside the USA. I need my items fast! Can you expedite shipping?
Yes certainly! If you are in a hurry to receive your purchases, you can op to use expedited shipping which will get your items to you within 2 - 4 days, worldwide. Shipping rates can be found at the Malaysian Postal Service 'Poslaju' website here.

If you would like to ship using this method, kindly place an order using our Order Form and we will send you a seperate invoice.

What if my item doesn't arrive?
We guarantee shipment after payment is received.

Replacement of item or refund (item's value only) will be given for lost packages. Bear in mind however that sometimes it can take up to 1-2 months for your package to arrive depending on the post service's efficiency.
