didn't I receive a confirmation e-mail from you?!

We confirm orders within 24 hours. If you have not
received one, here are a few possibilities:
1) If your e-mail's spam filter is on, our e-mail may have
accidentally landed in your 'Bulk Mail' folder
2) Service interuption from your/our e-mail provider
3) You have entered an invalid e-mail address.
If this happens, kindly notify
us and we will forward our confirmation e-mail to you again
immediately.

What does 'On
Hold' mean? Can I still order? ♥
The 'On Hold' status appears when someone places
an order for an item but has not yet made payment. If payment
is not made within the allowed timeframe, the 'On Hold' status
will be removed and the item will be back on sale.
Yes, you can still place an order for an 'On Hold' item as
it will be automatically reserved for you if the current order
falls through. However, if full payment is made for the item,
the 'On Hold' status will be changed to 'Sold' and the item
will be discontinued until further notice.

I want
to cancel my order. What do I do?♥
If you
decide to cancel your order, kindly contact us immediately
using our contact form so we can
put your item off-hold and give other customers the opportunity
to purchase it. If payment is still not made within the given
timeframe, we will automatically retract your order.
